Heuer & Company is a third generation commercial building contracting company. We work with business owners, building owners, property managers and investors that are expanding, renovating or building new facilities. Our core market is northern New Jersey although we occasionally pursue work in New York, Connecticut and southern New Jersey. Our typical client is a privately-held, small to medium sized firm. Project size can range from a few thousand dollars to several million. Our goal is to consistently provide well-communicated, intelligent, responsible and appropriately priced construction services in a market where these values are paid great lip service but not frequently delivered upon.

Buying commercial construction services is not like buying undershirts. Whether you’re a business owner, high level corporate officer, developer or property manager, if you’re shopping the commercial construction market with the mindset that price will be the deciding factor, I suggest you reconsider. The potential pitfalls associated with the low cost provider can be plentiful and the reason, simply put, is that multi-trade commercial construction is not a commodity, it’s a process.
